Another Change
I’m trying to figure out what I want to say and to what audience. I’m inspired by my brother’s continuous research on what makes people truly happy…less work? More work of what they love? More $? Less $? More free time? More family?
I’ve made some big decisions as of late and think perhaps I can use this blog as a way to document and track my efforts at finding...

All sorts of crazy
Just saw a man, balding with a mustache, walk past wearing a hot pink tiny tee, hip hugging jeans, black platform heels and a backpack. Now that’s self confidence.
Lately
I’ve been slammed working three different unpaid jobs and most recently been sick.
I have been using this time to figure out the best way to channel my thoughts, emotions, frustrations and creativity. A couple possibilities are brewing- stay tuned for possible details.

My future
I got an offer for an Event Management Internship for the company at which I just stopped working. I feel as if my life is not necessarily standing still, but moving backwards. After three successive paycuts, two periods of unemployment, I am now an UNPAID intern at a company from which I was previously getting paid.
Is something wrong with this picture? On top of that, I am actually making $400...

What Lies Ahead....
So, in about 24 hours, I will be unemployed - again - for the second time this year. Am I freaking out? Shockingly no. I know I can collect unemployment again which will help contribute somewhat to our household income. I have the opportunity to begin an Event Management internship in the Fall that will bring in a whopping $150/month. Clint is still happily working at the most recession-proof...

A New Stage of Life
I swear. I promise. I am going to try and keep up with this blog/posting site/musings venue a little bit more. Sometimes a Facebook status update just doesn’t do it for me. Sometimes I want to tell my nearest and dearest some happenings or share some pics - and just never get around to it.
